This website is operated by STDOUT, a one-person studio run by Damion Rashford. Throughout the site, "we," "us," and "our" refer to STDOUT. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services, conditioned upon your acceptance of these terms.

By visiting or purchasing from stdout.shop you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site. We reserve the right to update these Terms by posting changes; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides our e-commerce platform. Fulfillment is via Gelato.

SECTION 1 — ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and you may not violate any laws in your jurisdiction. A breach of any of these Terms will result in immediate termination of your services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Your content (not including payment information) may be transferred unencrypted across networks. Payment information is always encrypted during transfer. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission.

SECTION 3 — PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

STDOUT sells physical wall art and gear, printed to order on archival or industry-standard substrates. Products are available exclusively online and are subject to our Refund Policy.

We make every effort to display colors and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will be perfectly accurate. Slight variation in color and texture between the on-screen preview and the printed product is normal and expected for printed media.

We reserve the right to limit sales to any person, region, or jurisdiction, to limit quantities, and to discontinue any product at any time. Prices are subject to change without notice.

SECTION 4 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All artwork, images, designs, and creative content on this site are the property of STDOUT / Damion Rashford. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this site without express written permission. Purchasing a product grants you the right to display it for personal use only — not to reproduce, resell, or redistribute the artwork in any form.

SECTION 5 — ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. If we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email or phone number provided at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders.

We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these Terms at our sole discretion. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
