Production Time

Every STDOUT item is printed to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order ships.

Shipping Times

After production, estimated transit:

• United States: 3–5 business days
• Canada: 5–8 business days
• International: 7–13 business days

Total delivery (production + transit) is typically 7–13 business days end-to-end.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping on US orders over $50. Other rates calculated at checkout.

Where Orders Ship From

We partner with Gelato, a global print-on-demand network. Your order is routed to the closest facility — usually the US for North America, with regional facilities for EU, UK, and APAC. You do not choose the facility; the system optimizes for transit time.

Order Tracking

You receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. Questions: support@stdout.shop.

International Orders

Orders shipped outside the country of production may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These fees are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend including a phone number on international orders for smoother delivery.

Missing or Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected window:

• Check the shipping confirmation email for address errors
• Check with your local post / parcel office
• Check with neighbors

If you have checked all of the above, email support@stdout.shop with your order number and we will trace it.

Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, email support@stdout.shop within 7 days with photos of the damage and your order number. We will reprint and ship a replacement at no cost.
