Production Time

Every Alleyoop Arts print is made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order ships.

Shipping Times

After production, estimated transit:

• Canada: 5–8 business days
• United States: 3–5 business days
• International: 7–13 business days

Total delivery (production + transit) is typically 7–13 business days end-to-end. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Where Orders Ship From

We partner with Gelato, a global print-on-demand network. Your order is routed to the facility closest to you — usually North America for Canadian and US orders, with regional facilities for the EU, UK, and APAC. The system optimizes for transit time.

Order Tracking

You receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Questions: info@alleyooparts.com.

International Orders

Orders shipped outside the country of production may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These fees are set by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend including a phone number on international orders for smoother delivery.

Missing or Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected window:

• Check the shipping confirmation email for address errors
• Check with your local post or parcel office
• Check with neighbours

If you have checked all of the above, email info@alleyooparts.com with your order number and we will trace it.

Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, email info@alleyooparts.com within 7 days with photos of the damage and your order number. We will reprint and ship a replacement at no cost.

Distributed printing keeps transit short — we don't ship from a single warehouse.
