Refund Policy

$ refund --policy STDOUT — if the print is wrong, the print is on us. If you changed your mind, we have a 30-day window.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. To be eligible the item must be in original condition, unused, in original packaging. You will need your order number.

To start a return, email support@stdout.shop with your order number and reason.

Return Shipping Addresses

STDOUT prints on demand via Gelato. Return addresses depend on where your order shipped from:

  • United States: 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273
  • Canada: Unit 3, 3500 Laird Rd, Mississauga, ON L5L 5Y4, Canada

For other regions, email support and we will route the return to the nearest facility.

Damaged or Defective Items

Inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, email support@stdout.shop within 7 days with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping required on your end.

Exchanges

Because each piece is printed to order, the fastest exchange is to return the original and place a new order for the variant you want.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not seen the refund, email support@stdout.shop.
