Returns & exchanges

We stand behind what we ship.

Every print leaves our hands in the condition it deserves. If it doesn’t arrive that way, we make it right.


Damaged or defective prints

If your print arrives damaged in transit or has a production defect, email us within 30 days of delivery at shop@alleyooparts.ca with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damage or defect
  • A photo of the packaging it arrived in

We’ll replace the print or issue a full refund — your call. No return shipping required for damaged items.

Wrong item shipped

If you receive a different print than what you ordered, contact us within 30 days and we’ll ship the correct one at no cost to you.


All other sales are final

Because each print is produced to order and carries a unique edition number, we can’t accept returns for change of mind or sizing. This is standard practice for numbered fine art editions.

Before ordering, check the size guide on each product page. The three available sizes are:

  • Small — 30 × 40 cm (approx. 12 × 16 in)
  • Medium — 45 × 60 cm (approx. 18 × 24 in)
  • Large — 60 × 90 cm (approx. 24 × 36 in)

Order changes & cancellations

Contact us within 24 hours of purchase and we’ll adjust your order before it enters production. After 24 hours, production has typically begun and changes aren’t possible.

Email shop@alleyooparts.ca with your order number in the subject line.


Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email when it’s done.
